Bike Run & Party

The Annual Food Bank Motorcycle Run & Car Cruise (originally founded in 2001 by David J. Owczarczyk "Dave O." from Cyberspokes) ended in 2021 so now we created a Facebook Page dedicated to spreading the word for any Motorcycle or Car Events that benefit Western New York's food banks and pantries.

They are now accepting new CORPORATE SPONSORS, VENDORS, VOLUNTEERS and RAFFLE PRIZE DONATIONS!

HELP!

It is a great time AND you would be helping out a good cause.

No event planning experience necessary! Reliability and honesty are more important!
Help is  needed passing out flyers at events and to businesses, selling raffle tickets, getting sponsors & raffle prize donations, attending various events to promote, recruiting vendors, celebrity guests, bike run participants, day-of-event help, etc. etc.
Whatever you can do.

The planning and promoting for these events have already started and your help is needed to make this year BIGGER and BETTER than ever before! Be part of history!

EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
You don't have to be a biker to join in on the fun!

Here are a couple videos for you to check out.

FeedMore WNY’s mission is to offer dignity, hope and a brighter future by providing nutritious food, friendship and skills training to our Western New York neighbors in need. FeedMore WNY’s food bank (FB) and Meals on Wheels (MOW) programs have been feeding the Western New York community for a combined history of more than 90 years. In 2020, our Meals on Wheels program provided approximately 1.4 million meals to our homebound neighbors and through congregate dining sites. Our food bank program distributed more than 17 million pounds of nutritious fresh and shelf-stable foods to nearly 300 pantries, soup kitchens, emergency shelters and other hunger-relief agencies throughout Erie, Niagara, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua counties.

Unfortunately, this year an increasing number of individuals will be standing in line at soup kitchens and food pantries instead. The Food Bank receives most of its donations during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season, so an event like "The Food Bank Motorcycle Run & Car Cruise-In" really helped at a time when donations were traditionally at a dangerous low point.

The Annual Motorcycle Run and Car Cruise-In iwas the longest running fundraiser to benefit the Food Bank of WNY and has raised over $100,000 in the past 18 years, helping the Food Bank of WNY provide in excess of 600,000 meals throughout Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie and Niagara counties.

HELP!

Is this still the "Cyberspokes Food Bank Run?"
We've had many successful years "running the show" which raised thousands in cash donations and many pounds of food, but we've had some family health issues and deaths in the family to deal with, so we've decided that we (Cyberspokes) could no longer be the main organizers of the event.
The Food Bank of WNY is a charity near and dear to our hearts so we will always and continue to be one of the main supporters and promoters of this event. We will continue to help out in any way we can. We will also be offering our advice and experience to the new organizers while continuing to promote the event via our web site and events emailer.

We've decided to "pass the torch" to the new organizers.
As you may know, organizing an event like this takes alot of time, dedication, volunteers and hard work so anything you can do to help out would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

The event is the longest running fundraiser to benefit FeedMore WNY’s Food Bank program and has raised over $100,000 in the past 18 years, helping the Food Bank provide more than 600,000 meals throughout Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie and Niagara counties. In any given month, the Food Bank program and its network of partner agencies assist as many as 140,000 individuals, including 54,500 children and 18,370 seniors.
